Sparks discussed both the reasoning behind and the current status of policies related to
IHL funding in Mississippi. The presentation took about an hour. Significant Q & A

After the presentation and Q &A, Dr. Albritton proposed a resolution lauding Dr.
Williamson as chair. It passed by universal acclamation.
